Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed via our website. The offer on this website is intended exclusively for consumers residing in Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as "Customer").
A consumer is defined as a natural person who maintains a business relationship with musterion.com that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. Orders in non-household quantities may be rejected without justification.
musterion.com reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply and cannot be modified unilaterally for that order. Conflicting or deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognized.

Prices
All prices listed on musterion.com are final prices and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Shipping costs, if applicable, are charged separately and are clearly indicated during the order process.
Technical changes, errors, and misprints are reserved. musterion.com may change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices do not include consulting or support services.
Conclusion of Contract
Products and prices on this website are considered non-binding offers.
By placing an order and accepting these T&C, the customer submits a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. musterion.com will confirm receipt of the order via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance.
The contract is concluded only when musterion.com confirms shipment of the goods via email.
Orders are only shipped after full payment has been received (except where payment on invoice is offered) and subject to availability. If products are unavailable, musterion.com may cancel or partially fulfill the order. Customers will be informed and refunded if necessary.
Payment Methods & Retention of Title
Customers may use the payment methods specified during checkout.
musterion.com reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods or require prepayment.
In case of late payment, interest of 5% per year and a reminder fee of up to CHF 20 per notice may be charged.
Goods remain the property of musterion.com until full payment has been received.
Delivery, Inspection & Returns
Delivery is made via postal or courier service to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are non-binding. Partial deliveries are permitted. Shipping costs are charged only once.
If delivery cannot be completed or is refused, musterion.com may cancel the contract and charge any incurred costs.
Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt and report defects promptly via email or in writing.
Returns are at the customer's expense and risk. Items must be returned in original packaging, complete, with proof of purchase and a detailed description of defects.
If no defect is found, musterion.com reserves the right to charge handling or return costs.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, a written notice via email or letter must be sent within the period. No justification is required.
Returned goods must be sent back within 10 days in original packaging, complete, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 20 days after receipt of goods or proof of return.
musterion.com may deduct compensation for damage, wear, or loss of value caused by improper handling.
No Right of Withdrawal Applies
– For products subject to price fluctuations beyond control
– For perishable goods
– For custom-made or personalized products
– For digital content not provided on a physical medium
– For services fully performed with customer consent before withdrawal period ends
Warranty
musterion.com strives to deliver products in perfect condition. A standard warranty period of two years applies unless stated otherwise.
Warranty is fulfilled at the discretion of musterion.com via repair, replacement, or refund.
Normal wear and tear, improper use, or external damage are excluded.
No guarantee is given for uninterrupted website availability or accuracy of content.
Liability
musterion.com excludes all liability to the extent permitted by law, including indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages.
Mandatory legal liability (e.g. gross negligence) remains unaffected.
Data Protection
Customer data is processed for order fulfillment and may be used for marketing purposes.
Data may be shared with logistics partners or third parties where necessary.

If any provision of these T&C is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.Final Provisions
musterion.com reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time.
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding conflict of law provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Place of jurisdiction is Switzerland, either at the business location of musterion.com or at the customer’s residence.
