Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MUSTERION, Oberdorfstrasse 11, 3714 Frutigen, Switzerland, Email: ecom.musterion@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.


Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.


Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Before returning any items, you must contact us via email at ecom.musterion@gmail.com.

Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.  
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and further instructions.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

In your email, please clearly describe the reason for the return, include your order details, and provide photos of the item.

Failure to provide the requested information may result in delays or refusal of the return request.


Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
